Ok for this I used a 10 team bracket. I allocated automatic bids for BCS conference winners and 4 at large bids. Undefeated teams and teams that won a conference championship game weren't allowed to play in round 1. It's an incentive for teams to play well and for conferences to have a championship. Simple enough. My rankings and the brackets are below...
